1. Who we are and how to contact us
Denbegnaye AI (also presented as “Denbegnaye no code ai agent builder”) operates the Denbegnaye AI website and services, including Office Intelligence. The founders are Awoke Zemenu Getahun and Fiseha Lidetu. The supplied office location is the Ethiopian Artificial Intelligence Institute, Ethiopia.
For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, or concerns about this policy, email [email protected]. Please do not include passwords, OAuth tokens, or other credentials in your message.
2. Information we process
- Account and profile information: information associated with your sign-in, such as your email address, name, account identifier, and profile or subscription status. Authentication is provided through Supabase.
- Your content: prompts, conversation history, uploaded files, generated results, agent and workflow configurations, and files or other business information that you choose to add to a workspace.
- Google Workspace information: if you connect Google and request an action, the service may process relevant Gmail messages and metadata, Drive files and metadata, Calendar events, Sheets, Docs, Slides, contacts, and Tasks data. The exact information depends on the Google permissions you approve and the task you request.
- Service and diagnostic information: usage and execution events, timestamps, technical logs, and information needed to protect, troubleshoot, and operate the service. Vercel Analytics is used on the website.
- Billing information: plan, subscription, transaction status, and payment-provider identifiers. PayPal processes online USD subscriptions. We do not receive or store your PayPal password or full card details through our checkout flow.
- Support communications: information you choose to send us when you contact support.
The service may use browser storage for sign-in state, preferences, and the active Office Intelligence session. Google authorization also uses a short-lived security state during the connection process.
3. How we use information
We use information as needed to:
- create and secure accounts and provide the features you request;
- interpret prompts, run agents and workflows, and return generated results;
- store and retrieve your conversations, uploaded content, configurations, and outputs;
- connect to Google services and perform the Google actions you request;
- process relevant prompts, files, or Google content through the AI provider configured for the service;
- administer subscriptions, respond to support requests, and send service-related notices;
- measure service operation, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information or use Google user data for advertising. Denbegnaye AI does not use Google user data to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Data submitted to an external AI provider may be handled under that provider’s terms and settings while it processes your requested task.
4. Google user data and Workspace
Connecting Google is optional. When you authorize Google, the app requests permissions needed for the Workspace features offered, which may include Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Slides, Contacts, and Tasks. You choose whether to grant the permissions. After connection, an agent accesses Google information only when it is relevant to your request and within the permissions you approved. Some actions that change Google data require your confirmation.
See the detailed Google Workspace data access disclosure for the requested OAuth scopes and the purpose of each.
To keep your connection available, we store an encrypted Google refresh token in our database. Access tokens are obtained for use with a request and passed to the Office Intelligence worker for that request; they are not intended to be placed in prompts or logs. Disconnecting Google removes the saved connection and attempts to revoke it with Google. You can also remove the app’s access from your Google Account security settings.
Google data is used only to provide or improve the user-facing features you request, for security, and as required by law. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or transfer it except as necessary to provide the service, comply with law, or protect users. Access by personnel is limited to support you request, security, or legal requirements. We handle information received from Google in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Google handles information it collects under its own privacy terms. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google’s terms and privacy policy.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep account information and user content while needed to provide the service and maintain the account. The application does not currently promise a fixed automatic deletion period for prompts, uploaded files, or generated artifacts. Some technical records or backups may remain for a period determined by operational, security, or provider requirements.
You may disconnect Google at any time. To request deletion of account information or content, email [email protected] from your account email and identify the information you want removed. We may need to retain some information where required by law or for legitimate security and accounting needs. Deletion from backups may not be immediate.
7. Security
We use measures intended to protect information, including private storage for Office Intelligence files, authenticated access controls, encrypted storage of Google refresh tokens, and short-lived signed links where files must be shared with the processing worker. No internet service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect your account credentials and do not share access links publicly.
8. Your choices and rights
You can choose not to connect Google, limit or revoke Google permissions in your Google Account, and request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing us. You may also manage subscription cancellation through the account interface when available. We will handle requests under applicable law and may ask you to verify your identity before acting.
9. International processing
Our service providers and infrastructure may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. We take steps appropriate to the service and applicable law when using providers to process information internationally.
10. Children and policy changes
The service is intended for business and productivity use and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address the request.
We may update this policy as the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date above indicates the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel.
